MA Notice
Notice To Our MA Patients
We cannot currently serve patients that are legal residents of MA, and that will be physically present in MA at the time of their appointment. A Massachusetts resident is generally a person whose primary domicile is in Massachusetts. However, if you have property in Massachusetts but know affirmatively that you are a legal resident of another state for some reason, this does not apply to you, and you may be physically in MA at the time of your appointment. Furthermore, if you are a legal resident of MA, you may make an appointment if you will not be physically present in MA for your appointment.
If you would like to make an appointment, we ask you to represent to us that you are either a) not a legal resident of MA, or b) will not be in physically present in MA for the appointment.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, however, we must make sure that we are 100% in compliance with all regulations.
Again, we apologize for this inconvenience but want you to know that, as always, we take all health regulations, as well as patient health and care very seriously. Thank you for your understanding, and please do not hesitate to contact us with further questions or concerns.
