Everything was easy, from the booking process to the video consult. There were minor glitches which were worked out with Linda, who was responsive and professional. The consultation was the right amount of time. Dr. Handler was warm, welcoming and clearly very knowledgeable. Very impressed!!! I've been a long-standing patient of LDN but after my physician left the state it was next to impossible to find a Dr who truly understood these diseases & medication. My health suffered due to this. I feel so relieved now Thank you for all you do!

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. I've been on LDN since late 2017 when I was diagnosed with lupus & Sjogren's. I also have Hashimotos and Raynauds. When I first started taking LDN, I experienced an immediate reduction (within 24 hours) in my pain level. This reduction in pain has allowed me to continue working full time. I also liked that it didn't come with the harsh side effects the medication my rheumatologist wanted to put me on. As a result, I'm a huge LDN fan.

Hello - I am extremely pleased with my initial consultation with Dr. Handler. She is clearly a very caring physician who is learned in many areas of optimal health. I had hesitated to make the connection but feel that doing so may well have life-changing outcomes for me. I felt that Dr. Handler took her time to ask me great questions about my current health status as well as my systemic sources of pain and discomfort. She is pretty amazing and I am so glad I have started down this path.
I am impressed with how quickly my prescription was ordered and how supportive and informative your pharmacy associates were when I called them to finalize the script.
So, overall, I appreciate every facet of the experience and am looking forward to better health and relief from pain. Thanks to all.

He [Dr. Buckle] was very professional but personable and caring as well. I didn't feel rushed despite the short appointment time and appreciated all the questions asked regarding time meds were taken, time off meds for recent c-section, etc. I think they were appropriate and helpful to provide insight into my current health and ongoing use and dosage of medication.

I was very satisfied with my consultation with Dr. Handler! What a wonderful and sadly unique experience to meet with a doctor who actually listens to what I have to say about my experience and responds to it. I felt heard, something I haven’t felt with a doctor in a very long time. Dr. Handler is empathic and competent. I wish she could be my GP!
As for the booking process, it was very easy and all went very smoothly and this kind of stuff makes me nervous. Checking in on doxy.me was easy and everything worked as it was supposed to work.

I have to tell you I absolutely love your service.
It was an answered prayer. Dr Handler was very professional and knowledgeable. She offered me more help in 15 minutes than I’ve been able to get in my long journey with fibromyalgia from any doctor I’ve seen. I really appreciate the help with supplements. It was a relief that you had the pharmacy all figured out. It was very low cost. I was able to easily order my supplements as well through full script. I will be a returning patient.
